libfplll-dev software package provides Library for LLL-reduction of Euclidean lattices, development, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfplll-dev
libfplll-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfplll-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfplll-dev *
You will get with libfplll-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
